Agri SA is displeased with President Cyril Ramaphosa's statement that there is “no killings of farmers" in South Africa. He said this in an interview at the United Nations in New York in response to US President, Donald Trump's controversial tweet in August. 

In a video clip recorded during Pres Ramaphosa’s visit to the United Nations in New York, he categorically states that no white farmers are being murdered on their farms and that no illegal land grabs have taken place.

KwaZulu-Natal’s Agricultural Union, Kwanalu held its 20th Annual Congress at the Royal Showgrounds in Pietermaritzburg on 20 September 2018. The event was attended by Kwanalu delegates, farmers and agricultural industry leaders from all over KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) who came together to reflect on the past year and deliberate on the future as an agricultural community.
