Baie gaan gedoen moet word om mense behoorlik in te lig oor wat onteien mag word, hoe die proses werk en wie eiendom mag onteien. Suid-Afrikaners kan hul staal vir lang uitgerekte hofsake om die Onteieningswet te keer; en lang hofsake waar nul-vergoeding in onteieningsake ter sprake is. Daar is met reg kommer oor wat die wet vir die land se ekonomie en voedselsekerheid gaan beteken. Die ANC het die afgelope 30 jaar reeds bewys dat hulle hul eie belange voor dié van die land plaas.
