When one examines South Africa’s agriculture production and export data today, citrus typically ranks first. The country’s production of oranges, grapefruit, mandarins, and lemons has increased significantly over time.
Daily stress forces your body to produce more cortisol. You end up with too much cortisol and your mind stays in over drive. Your internal cortisol production switch is stuck in the “on” position and you’re always producing cortisol which prevents you from sleeping. When you go to bed, you want to fall asleep but all that extra cortisol is keeping your mind active and so you can’t fall asleep.
