The agricultural sector remains one of the most resilient sectors in terms of job creation, but we anticipate farmers' profitability will be under pressure in 2022. Although commodity prices are at elevated levels, labour intensive fruit industries do not have the same price support and the pending cost inflation will hamper further job creation in agriculture.
