Japan agriculture contributes only 2% of GDP and around 10% of the country’s people live on farms. They fully support Japanese traditional food culture, which is rice with other food that includes grains, fish, vegetables, mountain plants, and others. Modern vertical farming concepts employ indoor farming methods and controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) technologies to control all environmental conditions.
